Giants can't stop losing skid in doubleheader

After Tuesday's 4-1 loss to Taft, COS traveled to Coalinga to face off against West Hills in a doubleheader, Thursday.

Game one saw COS jump out to a 2-0 lead, but the Falcons rallied back to win 4-2.

Giants pitcher Ashley Paradine was tagged by two runs in each the fourth, and sixth inning.

Sequoias struggled at the plate, managing to only register five hits.

Game two was similar to game one, as Sequoias took a 4-0 lead in the top of the third. West Hills would manage another comeback and defeated the Giants 6-4.

The Falcons carved up Paradine and Ashley Guzman en route to plating five runs in the fifth.

Alondra Zavala batted 4-for-8 and Adrienne Cachu was 3-for-6 in the doubleheader.
