Giants take two of three in Reedley series
The baseball team gets a well-deserved week off from the conference schedule after taking two of three games and knocking Reedley College out of first place in the CVC standings.
After an opening loss, the Giants won consecutive games at Reedley 10-5 and
7-1. In Friday's game the Giants hit three homers, including a grand slam by Nate Gilson.
The Friday win also snapped an 11-game Reedley winning streak.
Fresno (9-3) and Reedley (8-3) are ahead of the Giants (10-5) in the standings.
Sequoias will host Saddleback College in a three game series beginning April 4.
